Morden Minor Soccer Association registration for premier league evaluations in January will cost $20, please note this fee is non-refundable. This fee is payable by e-transfer to treasurer@mordensoccer.ca and is due by January 4, 2026. Alternatively, you may select payment by cash and bring $20 to the first session:

Session 1: January 6, 2026 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Meridian Exhibition Centre, Winkler

Session 2: January 9th, 2026 5:00-7:00 p.m. at École Discovery Trails, 1079 Parkhill Drive, Morden, MB

*Session 3: January 13, 2026 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Meridian Exhibition Centre, Winkler

*Please note session 3 is by invite only. Invites will be sent using the email you provide below.

Registering for evaluations is done with the intent of playing premier league soccer. This is competitive soccer, please note both premier 1 and premier 2 are very competitive leagues and team invites are not guaranteed by registering for evaluations.

Overall WYSA Oneseason structure

February-March 2026 Preseason: 2 practices a week plus 1 strength conditioning session

April 2026: Indoor games on the weekend, 2 practices a week, 1 strength and conditioning session

May-June 2026: Outdoor matches on the weekend, 2 practices a week

July 2026: League Break

August to September 2026:  Outdoor matches on the weekend, 2 practices a week (strength and conditioning may be added based on input from parents at team meeting after team formation)

October 2026: Indoor matches, 2 practices a week

Total of 20 matches plus any tournaments teams choose to enter. Note some games may be during the week but not typically on long weekends.

Projected cost for the season (to be finalized at team formation)

$900.00 (includes league fee $400, facility rentals (practices) $300, **kit fee $150, field maintenance and equipment costs $50). There will be a payment plan available. Compare this fee to other clubs charging a $1853.00 base fee: https://www.bonivitalsoccer.com/youth-programs_1/premier-u13-17

Any optional tournaments will be extra and may be fund raised for.

**The above kit fee will be used to offset the cost of new jerseys and shorts for the season. Any cost savings from potential sponsorships will be placed in a team fund to potentially offset the cost of team events and tournaments.

Please note: socks, training shirt, and training shorts are at an additional cost for new players and returning players who need to replace any of these items:

Red socks: $20

White socks: $20

Training shorts: $25
